What is the estimated lead time for products?

Lead times change depending on the range of products and time of year, with summer months being the busiest time, therefore the longest lead times. If you have a query on a lead time for a specific item, please call us on 01527 878348 quoting the product code.

Can you provide samples?

We can provide samples of fabrics and wood finishes, sometimes pieces of furniture where necessary. 

Do you supply fitted furniture?

Yes, we can provide fitted furniture, please call us on 01527 878348 or email sales@forwardproducts.co.uk to discuss your requirements. 

Do you carry out site visits?

Yes, we can complete site visits or video calls to go through your requirements in more detail if relevant. Our furniture experts are knowledgeable and will ensure that you get the correct furniture.

How do I return an order?

Most of the furniture is made to order and therefore generally non-returnable if it has been supplied as per your order. On certain occasions we may be able to collect and exchange an item but will usually charge a restocking fee.
